Junior membership has increased this season for the 1st time in a number of years. The Junior Competition is advertised as the 1st Sunday in May. unfortunately river conditions have caused postponement of this competition for the past two years.
Big waters have caused plenty of work.
This year we have some essential maintenance work taking place in early May as a result of winter storms and floods.
Will this previous winning brace be bettered this year?
We are therefore finalising the date for the Junior competition as Sunday May 22nd with a view to ensuring that better fishing conditions give our junior members the best days fishing possible.
